Hey there, I’m Jana, CEO & co-founder of TribeScale. Our journey began with a vision – a world where every scale-up thrives alongside its perfect team. You see, I’m a total people person, working and researching in the HR sector, and I love seeing amazing people shine in environments that open a space where they can be their best selves.
